Great Grilling - Brass Propane Fittings

Marshall Brass pioneered the QCC1 propane connection. It provides superior safety features over the old POL connection in addition to being a tool-less handtighten connection. The added safety features are "excess flow" protection and the thermal bushing. If a propane hose is cut or the connection itself is running "wide-open" the excess flow component senses this and shuts down the flow of gas to an absolute bare minimum. The thermal bushing inside the QCC1 nut is designed to be heat sensitive. If the QCC1 nut is engulfed in a fire the thermal bushing pops and slams shut- cutting off the flow of propane totally.
